It is with heartfelt sorrow and sadness that the family of Elsa Siemens announces her passing on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the age of 97 years.
Elsa is survived by two sons; two daughters-in-law; five grandchildren and their spouses; eight great-grandchildren. She was a dear mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and she will be greatly missed by all.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Elsa’s precious caregiver, Vivian, who was a constant companion; as well as all the staff (third floor South) at the Bethany Care Centre (8A Street) for their unflagging dedication to the care of our mother. Also, to Mrs. Fend, for her loyal visits throughout the years, thank you.
In honor of Elsa’s request, no formal service will be held.
