REMPEL, Gertrude (Trudy)

Gertrude (Trudy) Rempel, 79, of Calgary, Alberta, formerly of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, died peacefully on March 17th 2016, at Bowview Manor in Calgary, Alberta. She was predeceased by her husband of almost 50 years, Samuel Norman Rempel, of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Survivors include her four children, Terri Rempel, Tammy Rempel, Kelvin (Monica) Rempel and Kim (Sandy Solyom) Rempel, Grandsons Logan and Nathan Rempel; Alex and Julian Shook, Michael Solyom; and granddaughter Tia Shook.
Services will be held on March 23, 2016 at Mount Royal Mennonite Church (610 Avenue O, North, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) at 2:00 pm.
