August 16, 1940 – February 28th, 2015
Larry Lee Lehman was born in Tofield on August 16th, 1940 and he passed away February 28th, 2015 in the Lamont Auxiliary Hospital at the age of 74 years.He is survived by his son Jonathan (Carly); grandson Zane; sister Hilda Parser; sisters-in-law Thelma, Fern and Dolores. He was predeceased by his parents Joe & Pearl; brothers Earl, Harley and Marvin; brother-in-law Fred Parser; nieces Doreen, Debbie, Rita and nephew Jay.

He started schooling at Amisk Creek School and then at Ryley School, where at the end of Grade 9 he thought farming was more educational.
Although farming was his chosen occupation, unfortunately, circumstances dictated that employment off the farm was necessary.
He will always be remembered as a person who loved to tell stories and make people laugh.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Salem Mennonite Church with Pastor Mark Loewen officiating. Upon Larry’s request his body has been donated to the Department of Anatomy, University of Alberta.
