I was looking through your photo’s to identify and thought I recognized this photo from some book. Sure enough it is from: “ALS IHRE ZEIT ERFULT WAR” by Dr. Walter Quiring and Helen Bartel. The same photo is on page162 of my copy, and identified as Abram Tjart, Muhlenbesitzer in Halbstadt. Maybe the submitter will find other photo’s of the family in this book. Have sent a copy of both photos to compare. Surely I was not the first one to spot this.
