May 2, 1965 – June 26, 2016
Laurie passed away peacefully at the Chinook Hospice, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, June 26, 2016, at the age of 51 years.
Laurie is survived by her best friend, Tory Tanner; her sons, Dwayne & Keith Contant; her parents, Laura & Peter Dyck and numerous aunts & uncles, cousins & friends.
As a child Laurie had a degree in Lego Engineering and in the last 10 years she became a passionate gardener. Her greatest joy was her family. Laurie was greatly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service is planned for July 16, at 11:30 AM at First Mennonite Church,(2600 Richmond Rd. SW.) led by Pastor Ed Kaffman & Herman Walde.
